The Proposal for the Amendment of the Mining Law dated 07.12.2018 was accepted at the General Assembly of the Parliament on 14.02.2019 and entered into force by being published in the Official Gazette dated 28.02.2019 and numbered 30700 as "Law Amending the Mining Law No. 7164 and Some Decree Laws".
